At ROAN, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read this Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase, as it applies to all products sold through our website.
All Sales Are Final on Opened Products
Due to the nature of dietary supplements and for health and safety reasons, all opened or used products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once a supplement bottle or package has been opened, we cannot accept it back under any circumstances.
Unopened Product Returns
Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return under the following conditions:
• The return request is made within 3 days of delivery
• The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is provided
If approved, returns must be shipped back to us within 3 days of return authorization.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
To process your claim, we may require:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
• Photos of the shipping packaging
Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund, at our discretion.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders follow the same return and refund rules outlined above.
Please note:
• Subscription renewals are non-refundable once processed
• You are responsible for managing your subscription prior to the next billing date
• Failure to cancel before renewal does not qualify for a refund
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Opened or used supplement products
• Digital products or downloadable content
• Gift cards
• Promotional or free items
• Final sale items
Refund Processing
If your return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, you may return an unopened product and place a new order separately.
